Chef Eric Frechon of Le Bristol is opening a new restaurant in Gare Saint Lazare this September. Lazare will offer traditional French cuisine at all hours of the day, and meals will range from 35 to 50 euros.
The Michelin three-star chef intends a "family kitchen, generous and genuine, directly inspired by our French culinary tradition." He has enjoyed previous success outside of the restaurants at Le Bristol with Mini Palais, next to the Grand Palais exhibition gallery adjacent to the Champs-Elysées.
