Scale of 90-100
Exceptionally congenial 12-room hideaway in a 1910 art nouveau mansion set within a brick-walled garden in the city’s quiet Lärkstaden district. Decorated with marvelous attention to detail, bright rooms include features such as herringbone oak parquet floors, crystal chandeliers, leather sofas, woodburning ceramic stoves and baths with roomy white-marble stall showers; most suites have private balconies and separate sitting areas. A glass conservatory off the open kitchen offers a homey spot to read and relax; also a terrace with chaises for relaxing in fine weather. Lunch and dinner are served in the kitchen, more formally in the library or in the greenhouse. Also a wellness area with a sauna, a lounge for massage treatments and a large, well-equipped fitness room.
