This relaxed family-owned country house hotel is set on a former fortified farm complex and comprises a 16th-century watchtower and 13 guest studios surrounding an infinity pool. All the individually decorated lodgings offer beautiful views of the distant Ionian Sea and feature a decorative style that tastefully combines modern furnishings with antiques. The well-lit, spacious suite in the former caretaker’s cottage has four turrets, two terraces and a beamed ceiling. The indoor-outdoor Patio della Torre restaurant is one of the best in the region and serves both lunch and dinner. A complimentary shuttle service to a nearby beach is available, and two golf courses are within 40 minutes of the hotel as well. This stylish yet informal property fits into its rural surroundings perfectly.
