Set in woodlands, this family-owned hideaway sits above the majestic Rogue River. A cedar-planked main lodge houses an atmospheric beamed lounge with a massive river-rock fireplace, a cozy bar and two suites. Four-course dinners showcasing fresh regional specialties such as oysters, mesquite-grilled salmon and sturgeon are served only May through October. An adjacent two-story annex contains 20 charming rooms, most with private decks overlooking the river. For the most space, request the Chinook Suite or the Steelhead Suite, both augmented by woodburning fireplaces and soaking tubs on scenic patios. There are also three multibedroom homes, a spa therapy room and a heated outdoor lap pool. Private guides can be arranged for steelhead and chinook salmon fishing, and boating outings can booked. Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted between the months of May and October.
