How do I know when my membership expires?
Log in to HideawayReport.com, click on the “My Account” button in the upper right-hand corner. Click the “Account Details” option on the drop-down menu.
Can I renew my membership online?
Yes! Log in to HideawayReport.com, click on the “My Account” button in the upper right-hand corner. If your account is under renewal, you will see “Renew” on the drop-down menu. Simply click the link to complete your order.
How do I gift a membership?

How do I log in to my account?
Visit HideawayReport.com and click on the “Log In” button on the top right corner of the homepage. Use the email associated with your Hideaway Report account as your username and enter your password. If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “create or reset password” link on the login page and enter your email address to have password reset instructions sent to you.

How do I access my profile?
Once you have logged in, select the “My Account” button in the upper right-hand corner then click “Account Details” on the drop-down menu. Once on your profile, you can update your account information, change your password, renew your membership and more.
How do I change my password?
Click the “Log In” button, use the email associated with your Hideaway Report account as your username and enter your current password. Select the “My Account” button in the upper right-hand corner then click “Account Details” on the drop-down menu, click the “Change Password” button in the left column and follow the instructions.
Where can I find the PDF versions of the Hideaway Report newsletter and guidebooks?
Log in to your account on HideawayReport.com, click the “Benefits” button located near the upper right-hand corner of the navigation bar. Select “Publications” from the drop-down menu. From there, you’ll come to a page with an array of Hideaway Report issues and guidebooks available for download.

Can I find archives of Hideaway Report articles online?
Yes. If you are logged in, you can access the available archives of the Hideaway Report here.
Where can I access the editor-recommended hotels?
Select the “Hideaways” button located on the navigation bar and view hotels by category, location or special awards.
Do hotels pay to be included in your recommendations?
No, hotels do not pay or elect to be included in our recommendations.
Our team of editors seek out smaller, one-of-a-kind properties where travelers can expect the highest levels of personal service and truly unique experiences.
Hotels are selected on an independent basis and only those rated above 90 will receive a recommendation. We remove hotels that fall below our standards, as well as add new, exceptional finds each time we travel.
Where can I find benefits offered by the hotels?
Visit any hotel page on our website and look for the “+” sign, designating hotels that offer additional benefits.
Who decides which hotels give benefits as part of my Hideaway Report membership?
Once a property has been independently recommended by Hideaway Report editors, our esteemed partner, Andrew Harper Travel, negotiates with the hotels regarding benefits for our members.
